I have had 4 vehicles with tpms that have lasted over 10 years. The only one I have ever had needing replaced was on a 2009 F-150 with 120K miles that needed two replaced in the fall of 2021.

Another point to make is that if a TPMS sensor goes out absolutely nothing is going to happen other than a TPMS light, you aren't going to get stranded, you aren't going to crash and die and the van isn't going to burst into flames.

If one goes out prematurely then just replace it individually as on a 2018 it will be a fluke failure and in no way indicates the others are close to being in imenent danger of failing.
