Rusty Panel Above Transmission Fluid Drain Bolt ok?

Changed my transmission fluid.

There is a rusty panel above the drain bolt.

Vehicle Hood Car Automotive tire Automotive lighting

Nope. As long as there's no fluid on it you're gold.

It is an access panel you can remove when taking out flexplate bolts or turn the flexplate

Yeah, that's the cover for the torque converter bolts. Worst case scenario it is replaceable.
