I've been looking at the clazzio seat covers at clazziocars.com for some time now. Has anybody had any experience with them? They look amazing, are reasonably priced, and I've heard a lot of good stuff from some truck owners but I'm interested if anyone has them in their Van..

I was under the impression that you can't use any kind of seat cover in any car with side airbags, which would include many 2nd gen Ody and all 3rd and 4th gen Odys.
there used to be

a company that made sheepskin seat covers that covered only the seatback and seat portion of the overall car seat, leaving the side bolsters (w/airbag) exposed so that the airbag might deploy if necessay...

cannot remember the name...do not know if they're still making those (haven't seen them in awhile)...although, i have one for our volvo...

basically, the top of the cover covers the entire headrest and elastic "straps" with hooks go through between the seatback and seat, catching the "front" part of the seat cover area that overlaps down to the bottom of the front panel of the seat bottom...

like this?

pretty much...

actually, almost exactly like that...and i remember when i bought the one i have that it was "australian sheepskin"...the only noticeable difference is that the entire headrest cover on mine is sheepskin...if it is the same producer/manufacturer, then it seems that they most likely "value-engineered" it to where only the front panel of the headrest is sheepskin while the rest appears to be some kind of stretchable textile...

but, that's basically it...and the price is probably about right...i've had ours for at least 5 years...and i'd like to think it was closer to $80 than $90 at the time...

the other thing about the volvo is that the headrests are NOT ADJUSTABLE...they're fixed...
