From my experience because I purchased a 03 Odyssey last year and both of the door was not open /close properly. I have use grease to lube the track and finally found out it’s the roller on the door is bad. You can’t see it because its cover and once I remove the track cover and then I can see on both door one of the roller wheel is gone (you should have 2 each side). As soon as I replaced the roller, the door work perfect so far.

You can find these roller on ebay for around $60-$70 dollars. Make sure you order the correct side because the passenger and driver side roller are different. Once you got the roller then you can have it install by a local auto repair shop which is cheaper than what the dealer will charge you. I got my roller install for $100 both side from my local auto shop.
