Your yellow arrows indicate play between the knuckle and the control arm. That would be a bad ball joint.

You just shattered my bubble that there exists a Gen 2 Ody somewhere in such pristine shape. :ROFLMAO:
Side to side play
Okay, narrow down the possibilities by shaking the tire in two places:
  1. Hands at 6:00 and 12:00, Shake could be ball joint, control arm bushings .
  2. Hands at 9:00 and 3:00. Shake could be tie rods.

ah so i will order a tie rod just in case they are cheap enough, my LCa is still under warranty so if its shot i dont have to pay.
Wait, what? Have someone else shake the tire at 4 or 5 o'clock and visually or by feel you should be able to locate the problem so you don't have to guess.

Edit: one firm hand on the inside and one firm hand on the outside of the tire for shaking.
