I did some searching for my problem and came up with a potential answer, but didn't find anything very recent.
I have a month old 2010 and sometimes the sliding doors open only most of the way. They miss by around 8 inches or so. It seems to be pretty random. I just tried it in my garage and they opened fine the first few tries and then they only opened part of the way.
I know that the rear windows are not open when this happens. I did find a reference to a window regulator problem: http://www.in.honda.com/Rjanisis/pubs/SB/A08-055.PDF and I am wondering if this is still and issue in the 2010 models.
