Tried the search fuction, nothing seemed to answer my question. Also as this is a different gen it may have different features. Does the cruise control slow you on long downhills? Most cars will just let you roll out to 90 mph downhill, my current car will brake to keep the speed consistant. I don't recall this being a touted "feature" just something I discovered in daily use. Also, I am not asking if the Odyssey has the new radar/laser CC. Pretty sure it does not have that.

If the CC is engaged it won't "pedal" brake per-se, but it will downshift (i.e. 5th to 4th) to engine brake to try to keep the set speed when downhill. Now, it won't do radical high-RPM shifting, so don't trust it as the only option :stupid:

This might be part of the Grade Logic Control stuff
