Service Manual Pgs. 5-2, 9-3, and 9-9 suggest that there is a threaded hole on a flange protruding from the front intake manifold chamber.
It appears that the flange is the same for all four bolts in the manifold cover.
To remove the manifold cover, loosen the four bolts. That should expose the flanges.
