Hi Guys,

I just noitced that Spell Check is no longer working. I guess we have to live without the "Spell Check button".

I like the spelling and grammar checking in Word. Here's the technique I have used when I want to check something longer than just a few lines:
  1. Select all the text in the Reply box with CNTL-A and copy it to the clipboard with CNTL-C.
  2. Launch Word if it's not already running. I use MOM (that's the Microsoft Office Manager, at least that's what they used to call it) so it's a single click to launch it from the top of the screen.
  3. Paste the text into Word with CNTL-V.
  4. Spelling will be checked immediately. Grammar and spell check can be run with F7.
  5. Fix all the errors.
  6. CNTL-A selects everything again.
  7. CNTL-C copies it back to the clipboard.
  8. ALT-TAB brings me back to the forum.
  9. CNTL-V replaces all the text.[/list=a]

It sure sounds a lot more complicated than it really is. It looks like I'll be using it more frequently now.

Thanks Mel. I have been using that technique for a while.
