Got to change the timing belt on my 11 ody soon. Dealer quotes $1299, for timing belt and water pump etc. Sounds expensive to me. Another shop quoted $860 which is much better but still kinda expensive. Found Amazon has the belt and water pump and tensioner for just $161. My question is, is this job very difficult for DIYers? I've done tons of regular maintenance but have not changed timing belts before. I know if I don't do it right I can ruin the engine so I'll be very careful. Is there a step by step video somewhere showing how to do it? All I can find on youtube are for older generation Odys. Thanks for the input.
