Tires and Wheels

I just bought my first Odyssey. need to replace tires.

2019 ex-l

235/60R18 are the tires that are on it right now

I live in Hawaii and need tires that will work well off road (no 4x4 but just on county roads/hard sand/grassy areas)

I was looking at these...
love the look but also just want a set that will last on the rougher surfaces here.

any red flags that I might be missing? Will the turn radius be limited? will it rub against the sides when turning/reversing?

any other suggestions you all might have?
