I've used it in the past. Have since switched to Dash (free). Both provide instant MPG and gauges. Dash has a nicer interface. I use the cheap Bluetooth interfaces from eBay (elm 27)and leave it plugged 24/7 no issues.

I had a local shop unable to start the car twice. Not sure what they did, but they ended up blowing 2 fuses and claimed it was the Bluetooth device. I've stopped going to them and no one else has had a problem.
 
i use torque pro.. works well for the most basic OBDII stuff.. however, you cant get some of the advanced information out of it since we dont know the honda PID's = for example, the PCM outputs tire pressure, trans oil temp and other things that if we knew the PID's we could get. I will have to give dash a try. I too use the generic elm bluetooth and it works most of the time.. Only complaint there is torque will bitch about high speed communications from the adapter.
