regarding reprogramming of tpms, on touring (cdn) or touring elite (usa) 2011 models.

tried a search here

this one came up from this post:
http://www.odyclub.com/forums/15-wheels-tires-suspension/116047-number-tpms-codes-stored-2010-a.html#post632616

Tourings on the other hand, are capable of registering new sensors on their own once you drive a bit, the touring system gets information from the new sensors and you are all set if you have a Touring.

Ok so on a 2011 Touring, if i have my oem wheels, plus summer wheels (with tpms aftermarket sensor from tirerack), will the odyssey automatically detect new tpms's after a lil driving? or do i still need to program them every season at honda dealership?

Hi datadump - There were several threads regarding this issue. please refer here http://www.odyclub.com/forums/15-wheels-tires-suspension/152249-just-installed-my-winter-tires-2012-te.html#post705333

The TPMS sensors on all 2011/2012 trim levels are the same and will not auto detect new transmitters. Requires a trip to the dealer each time you swap, or your own programming with aftermarket devices.:(

The autodetect feature was only found on previous generation touring models that were PAX equipped.

Sigh.

Moved your thread to the dedicated wheels/tires forum. For future, please post in correct forums to prevent thread locks.
