If you can warm it up and it goes smooth. I'd start by doing a transmission drain, fill drive, drain, fill, drive, drain and fill 1 more time and see if that works.

You also might need a filter, I think the 03 might have come with one. Look around these forums.

Thank's for your input, I will change the filter if it has one, and I will drain & fill it and then do it again . Is there anything else I should know about the traismision? When I bought it from the dealer 4 yrs ago, they told me the Trans was fixed from what ever problem the 03's had Thanks again
Fixed, not totally. Probably just replaced at some point. The fluid still needs to be drained and filled every other oil change. Its about 3 quarts each time.

Some of us myself included have had good luck with the Amsoil ATF fluid.

I think its more along the lines of just driving gently. Try not to push the engine past 3k rpms very often and that will increase the life of the fluid.

I think the reality is that honda doesn't nor has ever really been able to make a reliable powerful car. They make great small engine cars that last forever. But, any vehicle that they make with over 220hp has problems down the road.

It's really a growing pain experience thing. GM makes incredible v8 cars that last forever. But thier small engine ones fall apart in a few years. I don't think this all applies to the current model lineup. But its been prevalent in the last 6-7 years.
