Valve stem leaking

Hello, I have 2012 honda odyssey and have two valve stems leaking at the location shown in the picture. Is there anyway to tighten the valve stem at that location?

If there is no way to fix the current valve stem can I simply have the tire shop use the generic valve stems?

My tpms light is already on and the dealer quoted $980 to fix which I am not going to pay. Not concerned about the tpms light and I know that prevents me from turning off traction control.
