2011 Odyssey Touring Elite 215K Miles.

This only happens in the morning when it is cold. The van starts up fine, but when I shift into gear (either reserve or drive) the van shudders and engine will die or the RPMs drop to about 500 then return to normal. Once I get the van into gear without the engine dying, I will not have an issue with the van the rest of the day.

I replaced the throttle body in mid December, that has helped some.

Any thoughts on what could be causing this issue?

Yes, the idle relearn with a scan tool has been done.

The drop is when I put it in reserve and the spike is when I put it in drive after being in reverse.
