Like I told you the first time, just unplug the oil pressure switch and you'll be good. And no, it doesn't affect cruise control or anything. Literally just creates a harmless CEL.

Ahh we talked on Reddit, You almost have me convinced 😅. I think I will try to cause a evap leak code first 🤔 I will report back what I end up doing. Thanks

I really didn't wana mess with the oil pressure sensor cuz i think that one reads the actual pressure instead of a normal on/off oil pressure switch. And causes rough idle when it goes bad
That oil pressure switch is only for VCM operation. And it can (keyword, as it does not always happen) cause rough idle when it fails because the reading can cause the system to get stuck on. This is simply not possible by unplugging it.

Would you happen to know what triggers the fuel cap engine light. The evap sensor next to rear spool valve. Is that a open close valve? I think I'm wasting my time trying to trigger a evap leak code. I think the ecu triggers evap code after running vacuum pressure check cycles. But was wondering if a simple sensor could trigger the light that you could actuate yourself. 🤔 Maybe for now I will just unplug a spool valve solenoid and call it a day untill I need cruise control and feel brave enough to unplug that oil sensor . Sorry I can be a stubborn jerk while asking for help 😆
As I have told you unplugging anything on the spool valve will not affect cruise control or anything. Don't know where you got that idea (well I do but i'm not going to mention it) but it's completely false.

It's harmless as long as your oil system is working properly. If something unexpectedly goes wrong, you could do serious damage to your engine because the light could not warn you. If I was going to try this, I would find a way to set up a separate light connected to that switch to warn me of impending engine death.
This is not true. This oil pressure switch is not the main oil pressure switch that turns on the oil pressure warning light. It is only there for the VCM system. There is still a separate oil pressure switch for that.

Also a Honda tech told me the PCM learns engine behavior every time the battery is cleared, It needs accurate coolant temps for that during 1 drive cycle. My only option to disable vcm would be tuner 2, or a immediate safe CEL
While possibly technically true, in practice this does not matter. Or anyone who has a different disable device would have a problem.
