So for those of us with the LX/EX that has the J35A6 with VTEC, anyone find out what the VTEC crossover RPM is?

I searched through a lot of older threads, but people had trouble settling the debate of whether the J35A7 has VTEC or not (it doesn't), let alone finding the crossover RPM of the A6.

My guess is it is somewhere around 4-5k RPM. But it's not every day I get a chance to floor it and find out.

Yes I am. I still come on here and read up everyday but just don't post much. I still have both my 08 ex and 08 exl which I installed junkyard engines in both after purchase.

Hmm, based on this video it seems to occur around 4300-4400RPM

Its 3500. The ody is so insulated sometimes you can't hear and feel it with heavy load lol.
