I just bought the 2001 about 3 months ago before hearing anything about 2002 model. I could've waited for 3 months had I known what improvements Honda would put on the 2002 model. For couple hundred bucks more, I would have a stronger more efficient engine, side airbags, rear disc brakes & 5-speed transmission.
