Our local dealer has a 2000 EX on the lot with a "sale" sign hanging from the mirror marked $27,775.00! I asked one of the salesmen if that wasn't a little high, since it is roughly the price of a NEW EX, so equipped. He said, "no it's not, a new one is $30K". Yes, they do add $2000.00 to the MSRP, but, what an asking price! I know they will "deal" on that van, but, with 30K miles already on it, they should have to deal a lot.

With the new factory pumping out vans, sooner or later the dealers will have inventory just like Ford,Chrysler,GM and the other. Any dealer that tries to take that much advantage because an auto is so hot is not someone I would ever consider buying from.The Odyssey sells itself and the dealer just fills out the paperwork and makes over $3000. Remember the new Miata and Bettle.
