WE RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2000 EX/NAVI WITH 16K AT CARMAX. THE OTHER DAY I NOTICED THE PASSENGER SIDE REAR WHEEL SQUATS(CAMBER, TOE IN?) MORE THAN THE DRIVERS SIDE REAR WHEEL, ALTHOUGH THE VAN SITS LEVEL. IS THIS AN ALIGNMENT PROBLEM OR WORSE? ALSO WE ARE GETTING ABOUT 13-15 MILES TO THE GALLON IN ALL CITY DRIVING WITH THE A/C ON. IS THIS NORMAL?

Since Carmax offers such a touted service on the cars, I certainly would go back ASAP. I believe they will be willing to fix or at lease check.
A friend purchased a Dodge from Carmax in Greenville,SC with an air condition problem that did not show up for some time. They did spend big bucks to fix. Remember the squeaking wheel gets the grease.

THANKS FOR THE IMPUT, HOWEVER I AM RELUCTANT TO TAKE IT BACK TO CARMAX SINCE THEY HAVE LIED TO US BEFORE ABOUT ANOTHER ISSUE. DOES ANYONE OUT THERE THINK THIS COULD BE AN ALIGNMENT PROBLEM?

If you can see it, it is definitely an alignment problem, but, could be much more. There could be a bent suspension link, a failed bushing, or even some unrepaired collision damage. You should check for a record of collision damage for your VIN number. Good luck......
