I just bought an 07 EX and I am very happy with it.

It rained a lot here the other day and there was a lot of standing water at intersections etc.
I had put the cushion from the small 2nd row seat in the under floor bin a day or two before the rain but for some reason I opened the under floor bin to find it very wet in the compartment, the cushion was wet and the liner was soaked.
This made me think there must be a leak in the bin somewhere.

My buddy has a shop with a lift, so we put it on the lift and can't see any damage of any kind or anything that looks the least bit suspicious.
When I got home I decided to try a new approach. I took the liner out and poured about 3 gallons of water in the bin hoping to see here it was leaking, well, no leaks, nothing dripping.
OK. I get the shop vac out and vacuum all the water out and as I was dumping the water out of the vac the water was very, very foamy/soapy.

My guess is when they detailed it they must have left a lot of shampoo water in the bin from shampooing the carpet.

I hope I'm right.

They used far too much water when they shampooed the carpets.

The right way is to remove the carpet and send it to a pro, but few do it this way.

Glad you are happy with the '07.
