Planning to work on front struts, front brakes, front tie rods, rear shocks and rear Oxygen Sensor.....what part should I work on first? any suggestions?

Not sure why you ask, is this a trick question?
With struts and tierods, you'll need an alignment. But bad brakes are the most unsafe, start there.
Since you're down there already, might as well do the struts and tierods at the same time.

All depends if nothing is dangerous. If you have all the parts and an hour tomorrow then do the O2 and rear shocks...those are easy and quick to do. If you have 8 hours then do the front end. I fit the job for the time frame I have at hand. I really hate to stop a job because I ran out of time. If the brakes are really bad then that's top priority.

Doing it yourself??? , if so

Brakes , Strg Tie Rods (measure length from ball centre to nut) , O2 sensor, Struts then Alignment.

If in a Shop, Brakes, Tie Rods, Fr Struts and Alignment , then O2 and rear struts.

In a Shop if Brakes, Struts and Tie rods are done together there is about 1.4-1.6hr overlap time that should be discounted
