Just bought a 2008 and was wondering if my snow rims from my 1999 will fit?

I think 1999-2004 had the same bolt pattern and offset. They will not work on the 2008. See below for the specifications from TireRack.com

1999
Offset: 42mm
Backspacing: 5.55"
Bolt Pattern: 5-114

2008
Offset: 40mm
Backspacing: 5.59"
Bolt Pattern: 5-120

Short answer is no.

Long answer is yes, but you will need to get some adapters to go between the wheel and the hub to change the bolt pattern, about $50-79 a pair, and the wheels will be pushed out about 3/4-1" further depending on the adapter thickness.
