Will the TPMS sensors from my 2006 touring fit any 2005 -2007 16" Odyssey alloy rim? Will they fit in the rims that use mag style lug nuts or do I have to switch to the acorn style rims?

yes, they will fit into any OEM rim.

The fitment of the TPMS sensor has nothing to do with type of lug nuts you use.
