Was sunny today so washed the Ody for the first time in about 2 months. Found a long scratch on the windshield on the drivers side. Looks like a piece of grit of some sort got stuck on the end of the wiper blade so it has carved a perfect arc from the top left corner down to the center where the blade parks. At first I thought it was just smear or something but, to my dismay, I ran my fingernail across it and found it was a scratch. It is not very deep (can just BARELY feel it with a fingernail) but is definitely visible and annoying when driving into the sun so I want to get rid of it.
Can anyone recommend a DIY repair procedure, or should something like this be left to a glass shop to polish out???
On a happier note, Zaino seems to be holding up really well. Last applied in early October and beading and gloss are still excellent. Quick shot of Z6 and we were good to go.
