XM Radio $77 deal, but missing stations - resolved

A few weeks after my free trial ended, I called XM Radio, asked for, and got the $77/year deal. Awhile later, I noticed that some stations, including all the play-by-play baseball stations, and the BBC World Service, are missing.

Has anyone else had a similar experience?

just called xm. they said they do not block channels on promo offer. they said if you are not receiving some channels the signal needs to be refreshed. you must call xm and ask them to do this. 800-998-7900.

check out navtv.com they don' t list it on their site but they make a part that feeds vid from the dvd to the nav lcd so you can watch the same flic as the res. has a switch that toggles from dvd to rear cam. $450 list price + install (approx 2 hrs). sound advice did mine..

Thanks rossrobb.

I called XM Radio, almost no waiting time; gave my radio ID number and billing address.

XM person said he would send the reset signal and that it would take up to 20 minutes.

To check, go to channel 07, and if that works, go to channel 175, if that works the reset is OK.

Actually took less than 5 minutes to receive the reset signal.
