Hi,

I am seeing a bunch of errors on my 2011 Odyssey using my recently acquired blue driver scanner.

Everything in the car is running perfectly fine and I am wondering if I should be worried about anything?
Some time ago, the battery gave up unceremoniously. So I thought may be this is due to a bad battery (it was 4+ yrs old) and promptly changed the battery to a new one from Costco. However, even now after driving around quite a bit on the new battery, I still see these errors.

I am planning to show the report to a mechanic soon but just thought of asking the community if there are any simple things I could do before that to debug these?

I would try clearing them with your BlueDriver and see if any of them come back. All of those codes could come from electrical wonkiness and if they've been sitting there as historical codes that were set when you had your battery trouble, you could be setting yourself up to spend money at the shop that you don't really need to.

Thanks!
I must add that I did reset the codes and these are persistent. There were about 12 codes initially but after multiple resets and disconnecting battery for a long time (couple of hrs), these 6 keep persisting.

Also, I keep getting warnings on my sync up Drive saying your battery is in critical state even after the new battery. Although I have not had to jumpstart the car yet, i have noticed a bit of lag when starting when the car has been off for more than a day.

I suspect these are real and my battery drain was probably due to one of these. But I have no clue on how to start debugging. Am planning to do a parasitic draw test using a multimeter but not sure if I will find anything.

I wonder if your alternator is on its way out? It may have trouble properly charging the battery and providing enough power for the car during regular operation.

You may want to check to see if you have an oil leak above your alternator (very common), and if its been around long enough to damage your alternator.

Thanks! The alternator seems to be okay. I measured the voltage across the battery when the car is off and when running and got 12.67V and 14.22 volts respectively. From what i read online, if the alternator is bad, the voltage with the car running drops down to 11.xx volts.

Have you seen your TSB's ?

This one may apply? ? ?
Thanks, I will look into those as well. In case it is the TSBs, going to the dealership is the only option correct?
I usually avoid going to the dealer as much as possible

Looks like it, due to software flash/update needed. But TSB says 1/3 an hour, so , ....
Whine and moan, maybe they will perform for a hundred or so.
Show up with printed TSB.

Any decent shop will have access to the TSBs.
See TSB linked. Weird anomaly with ABS module/etc. Needs a dealer flash update,
If that is the problem.
