There really isn't a set interval, all of this stuff will show up with the maintenance minder.

Transmission change, roughly 40 to 60k.
Timing belt and coolant haven't shown up on our 2018 with a little over 100k miles...

Spark plugs code appeared just before 100k miles.

transmission oil change is not life time? I think Toyota is life time.. don't remember seeing any transmission codes yet.

I think you should change your timing belt at 100k miles even if the codes don't show up.. but good to know codes haven't shown up yet

Definitely not lifetime transmission fluid. Obviously Honda makes this very difficult for the owners by having no service intervals in the owners manual. Agree ~100K for timing belt job...don't forget the tensioner, as dealers make you specify you want it changed. Coolant changed with timing belt and water pump.

ZF9 seems to be about 60K intervals (seen on 3rd gen Pilots, plus ZF recommendations for other vehicles with the same transmission) but the new Honda 10 speed is a bit more murky. I've no clue on the 10AT, honestly.

No such thing as lifetime fluid.

ZF recommends the 9HP fluid be changed at 150k kms (~100k miles) or sooner - see attached. Based on other people's posts the Honda maintenance minder seems to come up well before this (my van is not there yet).

ZF said:
ZF automatic transmissions are generally filled with lifetime oil. However, due to the many factors influencing the service life of transmissions in individual operation, ZF recommends an oil change after 150,000 km for its transmissions.

In operating conditions with high temperatures and loads, or with unknown vehicle use in the past, it can make sense to change the transmission oil at shorter intervals.

When should I change brake fluid? my Ex-L has 57k miles.. and last time dealer suggested change brake fluid.

Also today I look at the code it says "B123", what do I do? I know 3 means transmission fluid change.
100-150k or roughly 5 years, imo.

Hi, What are the service intervals for 2018 odyssey?

Do I need to change transmission oil ?

when to change timing belt?

When to change coolant?
That info is in the service manual that came with your car. Generally speaking, I do oil & filter at 7500 miles. Yes, you need to change the transmission fluid. I do a single drain and fill every 30k miles. The timing belt is 7 year or 104k miles, whichever comes first. Do the coolant at the same time you do the timing belt. You should also do the spark plugs when you do the timing belt.

The 9 speed transmission has no filter so it is a drain and replace event. I believe the 10 speed has a filter and transmission, so service intervals are likely different between the two transmissions.
The 10spd has an internal filter that you have break open the trans case to get to.....so for almost all intents and purposes, don't think of it really having one.
