alright guys i found some info but need help locating this item never heard of it, or what it looks like, a picture would be great, here is the guys post to the solution that i found online:

"I'm having the same problem and today i fixed it, or for the time being made a temporary fix. At lease i have heat and can deforst the front windshield. The problem is the water value which is mounted on the fire wall. This value allows the heated coolant to enter the heater core where the blower fan pushes air across it and out the interior heat vents. The small valve arm mounted on top of the value is attached with a phillips screw that rusted away. So the arm just rotated atop the value which is attached to a cable extending through the fire wall. The value remained closed not allowing engine coolant to enter the heater core. I was able to manually open the value from the top with a screwdiver. Rotate it counter clockwise after removing the cable. Hope this works for u. "

hope you guys can help me out on what this part looks like, water value arm?

The Ody is known to seize that valve. However, this would not affect the air delivery; you just would not be able to regulate the air temperature. The front and rear systems have their own blowers. Can you hear if the front blower is working?

yes if i turn off the rear air completely i can still hear the front motor blowing .
Might be trivial questions but...

Do you have it on Auto?

If yes, then lower the temperature to 64 and see if you hear the front fans get faster. (I'm assuming that it is hot outside)

If no, then crank the fan controls to the max.

If none of those make the front fans go faster then you probably have a problem.

Maybe the cabin filter is plugged with junk. It filters only the air to the front. Here is the replacement procedure thread.

thanks i changed the cabin filter noticed that plastic was never cut out so im assuming this cabin filter was never replaced in the apst 10 yeasr, and it was filthy black and hair and leaves clogged up, i vacummed it out and put the new filter and blows 10x harder then it did. thanks again.
