Search for the terms actutator. There have been several posts on the issue and a couple of posts with instructions and pix to do the job yourself.

I have the same problem now! door lock on passenger sliding (2004 model) has to be operated manually. What did you do to fix the problem?

I replaced the actuators on ours as dvpatel points out above. If you're not particular about genuine Honda parts, you can buy them from third party, like Dorman, cheaper. Amazon might even have them.

 

I had the same issue. There is a YouTube video that walks you through it very well. The parts can be ordered cheaply through rockauto.com or carparts.com. I believe I paid $35 including shipping. Just make sure you know what pin connector you have. They come in a two and four pin setup, I have the EX-L so mine was 4 pin. I ordered the 2 pin because it was cheaper and just spliced in the 4 pin connector.
