Our 2005 Odyssey has an Advance AutoCraft Gold battery with 700CCA. The battery is almost 2 years old. We accidentally fully discharged the battery twice. One time fully drained and sitting almost two days emptied before we realized that the light was on since the beginning of the long weekend.
We recharged the battery, test the battery a few times and are getting varying results (522-584 CCA).
Is there a minimal CCA requirement for the Odyssey? With the current CCA range, the starter starts up very fast, but we need to know at what level to call it quits and replace the battery.
Our charger has repair mode with battery desulfator. We tried it twice, but it did not seem to help. Does anyone have any experience with a battery desulfator charger or even battery desulfator that is attached to the battery?
Thanks.
Adding a few more tests if there are any comments on these:
