Yes the label inside the glove box or the card with the owners manual

 

Not sure about 2012, but I do know that the 2011 LX (mine) does not have that "feature." No code is needed on mine - I believe the other 2011 models do have a code.

 

I recently changed the battery in my 2012 EX-L and yes, I need the radio code to get the radio to work again
