2015 Odyssey sliding door not registering closed?

Within the last week, our 2015 Odyssey suddenly will not lock its doors when using the fob, the door's armrest rocker switches, etc. The only lock that will lock all four doors is the one above the door handle on the driver's side.

While investigating, I realized that when the van is turned on, the indicator light showing the doors' statuses shows that the passenger-side sliding door does not register closed; its light is always on except for a split second when it closes. The dome light does not turn off, either.

There is no tone indicating that the van thinks the door is open and dangerous, just not fully latched.

I've attempted cleaning the silver contact based on a solution I found on another site (see attached photos) with no luck.

The linked video (here) shows the problem (warning: may induce motion sickness while I pan from dashboard to door and back).

Any ideas/suggestions? I'd love to avoid an expensive trip to the dealership to get it fixed. :/

Thank you for the quick reply, it took me until today to track down one of those switches for replacement. I got it in, no change. Put the original back in and got a refund on the new switch. I tried just pushing on the button and holding it in while the door was open. It turned the light off on the dash (the one in the video that would turn off and then back on). I closed the door and pushed on it where the switch was underneath, and the dash light turned off again; the chime letting me know I'd left the vehicle without keys inside also went off, which was a good sign that the switch works when properly engaged.

The door doesn't seem to be perfectly flush, so I wonder if it's something as simple as the cable going loose? Is that a thing? I watched the door close, and it seems to pull tight and then settle outward a little bit, and compared to the door on the left side, it protrudes further from the panel immediately rearward. Is it hard to tighten that?

Final piece of potentially relevant information: my wife mentioned that she heard a noise (crack? pop? she wasn't sure exactly what it was) around the time the door stopped closing all the way.
