99 tranny won't shift when cold outside

My transmission was needing to be warmed up when below 50 degrees outside in order to shift, then today it will not shift into forward gears at all. I am hoping it is a solenoid issue. Any help in which one to check would be helpful. It does work in reverse, so hopefully I am not mistaken in thinking it is not clutch solenoid. Thanks guys.

Add some transmission fluid stop-leak (it also may or may not say "seal conditioner" on the bottle) - this has a solvent in it that will soften and swell the rubber seals that are shot in yours, possibly allowing you to drive it to the shop where you will get the transmission rebuilt or replaced.

Is this the original transmission?
