They are all friendly because they want your money. I can tell you Bankston and Lute Riley dealers do not give the best deals. Lute Riley didn't want to deal, gave me a take it or leave it attitude, and Bankston was $3000 over the best price that I got. David McDavid Irving and Frisco are large volume dealers and they gave me the best pricing. I hated their negotiations because they tried to tact on over 2k in dealer add-ons on top of the price. But then again just about every Honda dealership I went to did the same thing. David McDavid were the ones that came down in price the most. However you gotta work for it. If you don't like the back and forth experience then don't bother. I'm the type that don't mind spending 3 hours fighting for that last $100.
As far as the add-ons my suggestion is go on Honda website and get the cost of each item such as floor mats, door edge guard, locks, etc..etc. The cost plus install rate, which on average is around $90/hour, doesn't add up close to $2000. You have to fight for it but tell them you're not paying their stupid inflated rates. If you can give them proof and have them justify the cost then they will take it down. Bankston and a few others refused.
To give you an idea I got a 2013 TE in April with everything for $38.5 before TTL and 0.09% APR. Sticker was close to $46k. I don't know what dealers can do with the 2014s so your experience may be different. Just sharing my experience.
