Left the car parked under a maple tree for a few days and was covered with helicopter pods. They left these brown stains that did not come out with after a car wash and rubbing with a microfiber cloth.

Any ideas on what to use?
 
My recommendation is to leave them. You'll be surprised how well rain will get them off over a couple weeks time. Anything else you do to remove them will be hard on the clear coat. People recommend things like clay bar, all-in one spray wax/cleaners, polishing compound (the worst in this list), but my opinion is always better just to give it a good wash and let water do its job.

How exactly is rain suppose to get rid of the stains? Leaving them is just asking for clear coat staining/failing.
