I ordered the Delphi LCAs from RockAuto based on price and the lifetime warranty offered. If I had to guess they are made by Suspensia as they are made in Turkey.

From the Suspensia site below:

Suspensia is owned by ISC Industries, Turkey’s premier lift support and suspension manufacturer. ISC supplies OE Tier1 customers such as Ford, Fiat/Chrysler, VW/Audi Group, and Renault/Nissan, and many Tier2 OE suppliers worldwide. All Suspensia parts are manufactured in Turkey in IATF16949 certified factories.

Photos of the Delphi box and sticker. The arms look just like the photos on Rock Auto. Just no DELPHI laser etching.

I replaced my LCAs with Moog complete assemblies last year and I’m starting to get a light pop from the ball joint about 10k miles later. The ball joints they come with are non greasable, and I’ve thought about swapping them out with the ball joints that are greasable. On the other hand, I still have 2 years left on the warranty and they are super easy to just swap out.

Any ideas if the greasable ball joint itself is better than the non greasable one that comes with the LCA assembly?

Are you sure its the ball joint and not the strut bearing at the top? Swaybar end link? Etc...

I swapped out all of the mentioned parts at the same time (whole new front suspension, minus the tie rod ends which were still in good condition). There is no popping from the strut while turning the wheel, or even during normal driving. Oddly enough, it pops when I get to the end of my driveway, and then it doesn't pop anymore while on a trip. What leads me to believe it is the ball joint is that I raised from the LCA with a floor jack to put a jack stand under it recently and it popped when I raised it. It was removed once to remove the axle to replace the axle seal.
