Our Elite is being built this week, so excited! Anyway, I was wondering if you can use the full screen on the HDMI input, or if it only does the split screen. I have a boxee that I was hoping I could take on trips and not have to mess with DVD's.

Oh boy, another A/V thread that is going to be closed by the moderator! As sales of the 2011 increases, too many newbies are now flooding onto this forum.
Anyway, I'll provide a quick answer before the thread lock appears. The RES can show any source in full screen including the built in DVD player and external sources (i.e. Blue Ray player, gaming console, laptop, iPad, etc.) that are plugged into the RCA jacks or HDMI port.
