Tire Size is 235/60R/18
You can see the full image at the rear side at the top of tire it looks different than front one

 

can someone help me to tell me about this, is this thing normal?

Seems fairly normal from what I've seen on this forum - if you look up rear suspension sag on this forum for the 2018+ models, there's some threads on it.

We've never towed with our 2019 EX-L and ours rear sags as well, even with an empty van.

 

My 2018 Touring (Canadian) has little less than 1.5 inches gap between the top of the tire and the bottom edge of the body.

I tow motorcycle on a small trailer sometimes (gross weight 1200lbs) and never had any issues.

I drive a 2018 EX. I just measured the gap and it's the same, 2 inches 😉. You're good to go.
