When you have two parts of a system that are essentially the same, each serving half of the overall unit, the first comparison to make is between the two parts.

Having trouble with van going into limp mode at idle it is a 07 with vcm runs fine until it goes into limp mode cut it off and restart it goes back to normal also it says fuel system b ol fault. I can provide more info just tell me what to look for.

It looks like nothing is going through bank 2 (either that or the downstream O2 sensor is not functioning). Those downstream sensors should be stable and somewhere between 0.1v and 0.9v.
What codes is it saying?
