Is there a specific obd2 device that can be used to toggle settings? In various other makes an obd2 tool can be used to change door chimes, etc. I haven’t seen any such tool or app for the odyssey.

There are many settings you can already tinker with via vehicle settings, like timing of your lights, door locks, auto relocking if you don't enter the vehicle etc.. Those are usually what I wanted changed in the older models.

What settings are you looking to change specifically?

If you're looking for something that would clear SRS codes and calibrate certain Honda/Acura systems, a quick Google search brings up this one. With Amazon prime, it might be worth checking out.

If you're thinking of a Honda equivalent to Toyota/Lexus/Scion Techstream, I don't think that exists.

I used to own a Toyota RAV4, and one of the configurable settings in it was the front passenger seatbelt chime could be turned off. I loved how that was possible - turning that chime off made driving with my elderly parents so much better. But you couldn't change it yourself. You had to either go to a dealer (and then argue and convince them to actually do it) or get access to Techstream someplace else.

Like @serega12 pointed out, something like the Foxwell NT510 scanner can do a lot. That is a pretty powerful little device for not a lot of money.
