P0154 and P2240

Hi all, I have a 2009 Honda Odyssey EX-L. Last week my engine light turned on and I plugged in the OBDii reader to find the code P2420 (something to do with an AF sensor) after some running around the van was parked for about an hour and the code went away. Just today when driving, the engine light turned back on, but when I plugged in the OBDii reader it gave me 2 codes for P0154 and again P2240.
I have some theories after some mild research. One is that it could be a vacuum leak since that was a possible cause for both codes or a wiring issue which could be caused by the mild water leak I'm also experiencing

Any ideas what the issue might be? Thanks in advance

Water in the footwell? Wet seatbelt? Most likely from the roof seem. Plenty of threads and videos on how to fix this. Take off the roof trim and rack (if equipped), clean and reseal the seam.
I'll let better experts answer on your codes.

Yeah, the seatbelt gets wet after longer rain spells. Recently I found the trunk carpet was wet as well. I was hoping the dealership warranty would fix that but they didn't really give me an answer. I guess I'll have to do it myself after all haha!

Yup, reseal the entire body seam. As I said above, plenty of posts and vids! Might want to do both sides.
