This is all for a 2009 EX. I'm hoping I can give enough information that if the part numbers don't work, you'll at least be able to find the relevant numbers for your van.
I noticed in the last year or so that the rubber underneath the sliding door was starting to fall apart, and I was afraid that eventually it would start to interfere with the opening and closing action of the door.
This is the passenger side, and the driver's side was slightly worse.
The trim piece is held on by 5 clips, and is attached to the pillar trim. I found the easiest way to get it up was to start on the outboard edge at the back of the car. Once you pop one or two, the rest release pretty easily.
Here's a picture of the bottom so you can see where the clips are and how the whole piece is attached.
All of these parts can be found on a Honda Parts website by going to "interior/bumper" > "floor mat".
The rubber strips themselves are not side specific. It's called "weatherstrip, slide door (lower)", part number 72828-SHJ-A02. Buy two of them, and go OEM.
There are two different clips holding the garnish piece to the frame. The black ones are part number 91560-S84-A11. The white ones are 91560-S84-A01. Knockoffs from Amazon work just fine.
While the plastic piece was off the car, I scrubbed it real good with 409. Then topped both the plastic and the newly installed rubber with Meguiar's interior protectant.
Here's the final result.
Very easy job, 90 minutes total, and that's with taking my time cleaning it. Highly recommend.
