the blue bolt is where you put ATF in. It was put on very tight at the factory.

The 2011/2012 Odyssey Service Manual states the following:
24 x 1.5mm
44 N.m (4.5kgf.m, 32 lbf.ft)
Also states to replace the seal with a new sealing washer every time.

 

Not sure if it's the same as my '06, but it's WAY easier on mine to fill it through the dipstick hole. There is a black Blitz brand funnel at walmart that looks exactly like this one it will fit right over the *outside* of the dipstick hole and doesn't leak a drop as you fill it.

I just changed the transmission fluid on my '09. Same blue bolt; very tight. I had to use 1/2 drive socket and extension bar with my 18" breaker to get it to come loose. Be sure that you can get fluid back in before draining existing fluid (loosen fill plug before draining).

Be sure to use the newer DW-1 fluid instead of the leftover Z-1 my dealer offered me (same price and everything...) if you are going to use Honda fluid.
