The Odyssey is rated to tow up to 3500 lbs without any modifications. I'd highly suggest looking at the towing section of the owners manual to determine if you can tow this trailer.

Based on this, i wouldn't hesitate to tow up to the vehicle's rated capacity, as specified in the owners manual.

Keep in mind that towing capacity may be reduced by the number of passengers and payload in the vehicle.

Our 2024 Pilot has a towing capacity of 5000 lbs. However, this is with two people in the vehicle. Each additional passenger drops the towing capacity by 250 lbs.

Here's one of the pages from the manual regarding towing. There are half-dozen pages, but this one is the most important. Keep in mind that an occupant is defined as 150 lbs, with 17.6 lbs of cargo.
