No ECO at all ever?
I am seeing the ECO more than I would like to, just in a bit of stop and go traffic.
It’s only in the 70’s here. I’m sure when we hit 90’s in the summer it will come on. It’s not an eliminator, but a reducer. That’s the beauty of having it be variable.

Just installed muzzler yesterday. So far, so good - no ECO light! Have it set at 100 Ohm (roughly 43 on the dial). Car runs fine. Will update after more miles with it.

Installed my muzzler and it works great. Dialed it up one from 90 and now Eco almost never comes on. Thanks!

I bought Max's muzzler for my 2014 Odyssey. The transaction was great - prompt communication from Max, fast shipping, and he even included an installation video and a link to a FAQ thread. It couldn't be easier!

My resistance was set at 100. It worked fine initially, but two days after installation a P0128 code came up. Thanks to the FAQ thread and Max's instructions, I easily adjusted the resistance and cleared the code. No more codes, and the ECO light hasn't been seen since! Driving the van is much improved - there's no more lag when I need to accelerate, and it's a lot smoother.

Thanks, Max!

Super fast shipping, Max was super easy to deal with, and the part seems as well made as you'd expect. Muzzler installed a few days ago. Took about 2 minutes, and that included opening the hood. After a couple days of mixed driving (city streets and freeway), everything seems normal, except no eco light. Hope this helps keep mama's new toy running smooth for a long long time.

Great product! Easy to install, no more ECO light/no more puffs of smoke - thank you Max!

Can someone post a picture of the adjustment sheet that come with the Max Muzzler? I am traveling in the summer heat and need to adjust it but don't know where on the dial to set it at without the instructions. Thanks

Hi, the information is not secret, but unfortunately each Max Muzzler is slightly different, because variable resistors are all calibrated slightly differently. I spec each one before the sale and provide the info to the buyer.
Without my original calibration sheet you have one of two options.
You can get a multimeter and spec it yourself, second option is get a scan tool that is able to show live data stream, like
autel 319. Adjust the muzzler based on reported ECTS temperature. 167F is the threshold at which VCM will activate, so you want
to get the adjusted temperature below that.

Hey guys! I've been running my maxmuzzler for just about a week now, and I couldn't be happier! The van drives like it should! No weird shudders, no strange "down shift" feelings, just all the time 6 cylinder. It just drives like it should! Don't hesitate to buy this! Buy it now! Max and his muzzler are amazing!!

Received mine a few days ago. Finally got a chance to install it on a cold engine. No error codes and this car has some pep to it now. Today is the first day and I've been on highway and lots of local roads with traffic. I mainly drive on highway, so we'll see how the first week will go.

Max answered all my questions and concerns. Shipped out immediately. I couldn't be happier.

I have had this Muzzler installed for over 6 months now. It was easy to install and I left it at the setting it was shipped with. We almost never see the ECO light anymore and have not noticed any change in the MPG, although we didn't drive it very long without it installed to really compare. I will say we get much better MPG when using premium fuel! I would recommend this product if you want to easily disable the VCM in your Odyssey. Shipping was fast and packaged well. Thanks! -2007 Odyssey 160k miles P.S. I will say, when installing the device (in winter) one side of the engine cables was slightly strained, like it was not a good angle or not long enough. It was not enough for me to be worried it would break, and it has not yet, just wanted to mention it in case someone else is worried when installing too. :)

Is this CARB approved and legal for me in CA?

Thanks,
Joe
