I’ve got a 2015 Honda Odyssey elite voice recognition not working. Bluetooth connection is good , music plays, can even make a call, but the person on the phone can not hear me . Have tried using the voice recognition for a few commands and it never excepts my voice ( have turned off ac moved vents away, nothing works) … something wrong with mic? I’ve even checked and changed fuse 13 under the dash.

sounds like the mic...
Electronics like NAV RES etc act up on my vehicles, I start off with a full reset of everything.
remove the negative terminal on the battery for a few minutes.
There is also a diagnostic menu for the HandsFreeLink, should run through that where it will test everything.
do a search in the service manual for HandsFreeLink System
page 3491 has the troubleshooting section.

Did you get it working? Just got a 2015 Elite and same issue, isn't registering my voice at all. Phone connected fine and can play the audio from my phone but when I press the voice command button it isn't hearing my voice. Trying to figure out how to reset the system now. I'll have to wait till tomorrow to try disconnecting the battery. Any other help would be greatly appreciated!
