Friend's daughter vomitted in my Ody, (got too much to drink). Wife wiped it off with rag and water, but I think it sinked into the upholstery. I tried to use upholstery chemical cleaner I bought from auto part and febreze and it has been over 2 weeks, I could still smell it everytime I got in the Ody. I am looking to try some carpet steamer. Some friend told me to try Little Green machine. Any suggestion?

I seem to have a lot of luck with Oxi Clean. We use it on all kinds of organic stains , old and new, with great results. Just follow the directions and SOAK it real good. Of course test it in a small area to make sure it doesn't change the color.

I just used the Bissell Little Green machine on my wifes old car. We're cleaning it up before selling it. I've tried using 3 diferent cleaning fluids in the car: the Allergen removal (green bottle), the regular (blue), and the one made specially for the little green machine (white bottle). All of them clean equally well but the green one seemed to smell better. My wife claims the green bottle left a residue on the seats but I think the mixture had too much cleaner.

May want to try to get it all nice and wet with your oxy cleaners/upholstery cleaner/whatever and then suck it up with your shopvac. I have not owned a bissel for a few years, but the shopvacs vary in power by model. once your solvents disolve all that stain (vomit gunk) you can actually pull it out with the right suction.

may i say it again... yuk
