2003 Honda Odyssey Won't Start

I have a 2003 Honda Odyssey that will not turn over. It sounds like it wants to start but just won't. The battery is fine, we have replaced the starter, checked all fuses, the relays, and there is no spark when we test the spark plugs. I doesn't need a replacement key as the key light goes off. All dashboard lights come on. Someone has mentioned the timing belt, the crank sensor or ignition module. How can I check to see if it is any of these? Any suggestions as to what else could it be?

Check if you have a steady 12V when the ignition is on at the Black/Yellow pin of one of the ignition coils.

Anything unusual happen prior to the no-start problem?

Remove the oil filler cap and look down the hole (may need a flashlight) and have someone crank the engine over. If you see any movement inside, the timing belt is not broken.
Do some more searching on the Internet for other things to check and how to check them. Throwing parts at it can be very expensive.
If you need it right away, have it towed to a trusted shop.
You can also check for voltage, as davedrivesody suggested and there are ways to check for a proper ground on one of the coil connectors.
Recheck the fuses and replace them if you have any doubt.
The ignition switch could also be failing.

PS: Have you tried starting it in Neutral instead of Park?

Part 1 -How to Troubleshoot a No Start (Honda 3.0L)
Look through the above link for ways to troubleshoot your non-firing problem.
It says that the most common cause of no spark to any of the plugs is a bad Crankshaft Position Sensor. How to check, I don't know but I'm sure you can find out. :)
This is one link on how to check the crank position sensor:
